LOFTUS FOR JESUS' EVENT TO BE BROADCAST LIVE ON GOD TV (Tuning Instructions at bottom of page !!)
June 30th, 2008 - Loftus Stadium in Pretoria will be packed to capacity on Saturday July 19th, 2008, with over 65 000 Christian believers, but this time it will not be rugby that pulls the crowds, but Jesus Christ – and over half a billion homes throughout the world will be able to watch the event LIVE on their television screens.
The upcoming 'Loftus for Jesus' event, which was sold out within hours of tickets being available, will be broadcast live by GOD TV, one of the world's largest and fastest-growing Christian television networks, from 14h30 to 16h00.
The event is the brainchild of an Mpumalanga farmer, Paul Du Toit, who had a dream to fill Loftus for Jesus and to glorify God. Now hundreds of thousands of Christians both in South Africa and around the world can share in the experience through the GOD TV broadcast.
Included in the line up of guest artists and speakers is Angus Buchan, evangelist and author of the book Faith Like Potatoes, who will share his passion for Jesus and the unity of the Church. Buchan recently held a "Mighty Men's" conference on his farm in Greytown, Natal, which was attended by an estimated 60 000 men over a single weekend. Other special guests include well known Gospel singers Juanita du Plessis, who will lead worship and praise together with Louis Britz and Retief Burger.
"The 'Loftus for Jesus' event is an integral part of GOD TV's 'heavenly schedule' – major events on the Christian calendar that we believe are shaping the lives of believers around the world," said Marcel Olivier, GOD TV's Regional Director for Africa.
"South Africa is facing many challenges right now and the 'Loftus for Jesus' event will serve to re-energise the body of Christ and bring focus and reordered priorities in the lives of many Christians," he added.
GOD TV will be broadcasting 'Loftus for Jesus', both locally and internationally. In addition to tuning into the GOD TV network in their homes, would-be viewers can also attend public viewings at various churches and shopping centres throughout South Africa. Locations of these will be made known on the GOD TV web site.

1. On your REMOTE CONTROL
2. Press the MENU button
3. Press 6 or 7 for ADVANCED OPTIONS and press OK
4. Press 1 for DISH INSTALLATIONS
5. Enter PIN code: 9949
6. Press 1 for LNB CONFIGURATION and press OK
7. Press 2 for LNB 2 SETUP (Option A, Position B) and press OK
8. Press 1 for LNB. It should be "DISABLED. Press OK
9. Press the left arrow button once, 'DISABLED' should now change to 'ENABLED'. Press OK
1O.Go to Option 7, ACCEPT THESE SETTINGS and Press OK
11.Press EXIT once
12.Press 2 for NETWORK CONFIGURATION and Press OK

21.Press 5 for SYMBOL RATE: (you may need to press OK before the next step)
22. Press the 'left arrow' button (<) 5 times
23.Enter 26652 & OK to save
24.Make sure #6 POLARIZATION' is VERTICAL
25.Press 7 for FEC (you may need to press OK before the next step)
26.Press left arrow button (<) 3 tunes until it reads 5/6
27.Press OK button to save
28.Press 8 to VIEW SIGNAL STRENGTH then press OK button to save
29. When saved press EXIT — once only!
30. Press 4 to SCAN ALL NETWORKS and press OK
31.After Scanning process is complete; receiver may go to channel 1 or to another DSTV channel
32. Go to channel 4 which should be MOVIE MAGIC
TO WATCH THE GOD CHANNEL
1. On your remote control, press TV button
2. Press the 'Up Arrow button on your remote
3. Find and select PUBLIC PAS 7/10 and press OK
4. Press the P+ button on your remote until you find GOD TV
